First steps in an international corporation

Integrating new employees is a key part of our recruiting and selection process and experience has shown that it takes around three months. When you sign the contract, your journey begins in one of the world's largest corporations, which will still maintain a very personal relationship with you. This means that we will provide you with intensive support from the very first step.

We will arrange a responsible supervisor who will integrate you into the company step by step, thus making your first steps the most pleasant possible. You will get to know your colleagues and their projects in small introductory groups and will be provided with working materials. From day one, you will experience the responsibility that you are allowed to take on.

Part of our extensive induction program for new employees is Welcome Day, in which you and other new colleagues take part. They are introduced by various experts from different fields and receive helpful input, which contributes to a successful start in the company. You will be taken on a tour to get to know the premises and production. The new colleagues enjoy lunch together, allowing them to share ideas and network with each other.
