At the Holding of Forged Technologies, we are a small and agile team of around 20 colleagues. We work seamlessly across functions, embracing a cross-functional approach that leverages our diverse strengths. The on-site canteen offers diverse, fresh meals in a modern and upscale setting. Beyond the individual workplaces, the campus promotes collaboration with community spaces and regular events for personal and professional development.

Our workplace concept seamlessly blends fixed and flexible spaces. Specific functions like HR, Legal, and Board have dedicated work areas, while others have the flexibility to book spaces through our tool. Designed for concentration, collaboration, and communication, our layout avoids open-plan offices. We offer single and double offices, along with group offices for up to 4 people, catering to various work preferences.

Our office setup includes multiple meeting points and rooms for easy exchange, as well as a designated coffee and water point for casual interactions. Embracing a 50% hybrid working model, we embrace the benefits of office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

FT organizes events at all locations to bring colleagues together and promote team spirit. In 2023, for example, the BU went go-carting together.

But there are also cross-location events in or around Essen where employees from all over the world come together to share what they have achieved, plan for the future and promote team spirit through joint activities.
