At the Holding of Forged Tech, we are a small and agile team of around 20 colleagues. We work seamlessly across functions, embracing a cross-functional approach that leverages our diverse strengths. Our team is proudly international and multicultural, representing six different cultures. This diversity fuels our creativity and problem-solving capabilities, enriching our work environment.

Collaborating with various regions allows us to maintain a global perspective, ensuring our solutions are versatile and effective across borders. Open communication is fundamental to our culture, exemplified by our open-door policy that encourages everyone, from new hires to the President, to easily seek guidance or collaboration.

We also foster this culture outside of our daily work, for example with regular team events, joint lunches or Coffee Chats. At Forged Tech we embrace creativity, pragmatic collaboration and mututal support to navigate the complexity and dynamics of the forging industry day after day.

Our workplace concept seamlessly blends fixed and flexible spaces. Specific functions like HR, Legal, and Board have dedicated work areas, while others have the flexibility to book spaces through our tool. Designed for concentration, collaboration, and communication, our layout avoids open-plan offices. We offer single and double offices, along with group offices for up to 4 people, catering to various work preferences.

Our office setup includes multiple meeting points and rooms for easy exchange, as well as a designated coffee and water point for casual interactions. Embracing a 50% hybrid working model, we embrace the benefits of office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

Employee



FT organizes events at all locations to bring colleagues together and promote team spirit. In 2023, for example, the BU went go-carting together.

But there are also cross-location events in or around Essen where employees from all over the world come together to share what they have achieved, plan for the future and promote team spirit through joint activities.
