Whistleblower system
Report a possible misconduct
As an international group with over 200 years of history, thyssenkrupp has a social responsibility. Our sustainable economic success is based on innovative strength, technological expertise, quality and customer focus. Strict compliance with applicable rules and laws determines our responsible actions. Compliance therefore has top priority.
This means that we are committed to good working conditions worldwide, particularly in the areas of human rights and environmental protection, and that certain principles and standards are also applied in our supply chains by suppliers and our business partners.
Serious information helps us to counteract violations at an early stage and reduce damage to our company, our employees and our business partners.
We therefore take you and your concerns seriously! All thyssenkrupp employees as well as customers, suppliers and other third parties have the opportunity to submit reports.
We protect the interests of whistleblowers not only by setting up a secure whistleblowing system, but also by promising to treat incoming reports confidentially and to protect whistleblowers acting to the best of our knowledge by all appropriate means against any disadvantages resulting from a report. You can also report information completely anonymously, provided this is legally permissible.
Further information on the whistleblower system at thyssenkrupp can be found in the whistleblowing rules of procedure (see downloads on the right).
The persons entrusted with the management of the whistleblower system of the thyssenkrupp Group offer a guarantee of impartiality, are independent, are not bound by instructions and are sworn to secrecy.
Please note: The whistleblower system is not an emergency service! Please do not use the reporting channels of the whistleblower system to report an immediate threat to life, health or property, as the reporting channels are not designed for this purpose. If necessary, inform the relevant authorities like the police or fire department or the responsible internal security department.
