The CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) and Suggestions Program are an important part of our daily operations. All departments and colleagues are involved in the CIP projects and suggestions program with a participation rate of 95%. At the end of every quarter and year, the best suggestions including implementation will be awarded through proper evaluation. These activities support our daily work greatly and help build a solid culture of our company.

All department managers, supervisors and executives of the Nanjing plant participate in the management of night shift duty, and each duty manager chooses one night shift duty per week to monitor personnel attendance, work status, safety, and abnormal situations during the night shift. Since the end of 2021, the night shift manager system has improved the level of night shift management, and the management team stays closer to the employees, understanding the status of night shift employees and looking for opportunities for improvement in the night shift work.
