Exemplary solution: Software based process planning and process simulation

The usage of digital planning as well as simulation software allows us to significantly reduce lead times and lower the project related risks. Our proprietary SmartCon database enables us to digitally plan complete systems with proven standard modules. For configuration as well as simulation we utilize the common and highly compatible Process Designer* and Process Simulate*. Over the course of the project and thus increasing availability of information these standard modules are being replaced by the proper SAP/CAD data. As a result, a realistic virtual data model showing the current progress exists in every increment of a project.
