Adhesive application for body-in-white production

By deliberately separating the adhesive control from the operator terminal, we enable a very compact control cabinet as well as a decentralized and space-saving installation of the system setup outside the production line.

The terminal can be positioned flexibly, thereby ensuring ergonomic working conditions for the operator.

The simultaneous operation of the adhesive control and integrated bead monitoring enables direct and simultaneous access to both systems.

When supplying two applicators via a single pump station, each applicator can optionally be equipped with its own operator terminal for controlling the adhesive systems and bead monitoring.

Control & Software | tCube Platform

Our software, based on the tCube platform, enables future-oriented data processing, operation, and monitoring. HTML-based visualization allows access via any browser on any device.

This remote function ensures flexibility in data exchange and analysis.
