Products

Automation Engineering | Drive and battery assembly

High-quality undercarriages and undercarriage components from thyssenkrupp keep tracked vehicles moving all over the world. Manufacturers and users of construction equipment value our comprehensive range of crawler tracks, track rollers, idlers, guide wheels, drive wheels and base plates. At the customer's request, we also develop and manufacture complete undercarriages for crushers, recycling plants, road construction machinery, special drilling equipment or combine harvesters.

Automotive Body Solutions | Automotive body solutions

In the body-in-white sector, our product portfolio covers a wide range of services from the joining of individual parts and subassemblies to the assembly of complete bodies and add-on parts. When it comes to bodyframing solutions, we think from the single framer for just one model to the multiframer for a wide variety of vehicle types. In addition, we have highly flexible robot framing systems in our portfolio.

Axle assembly

At thyssenkrupp we handle axle assembly and logistics for our customers in the automotive sector. We ensure "just-in-time" production and "just-in-sequence" delivery so that chassis modules and complete axle systems are at the right place at the same time as the customer's production sequence and can be further assembled there. Our services include module and system assembly and, if required, quality and supplier management for our customers.

Bilstein | Damper

Shock absorbers from thyssenkrupp reduce the vibrations of the vehicle springs and thus ensure the best possible contact with the road surface. As a specialist for dampers, we supply our customers with the right system for every requirement: from conventional monotube/twotube dampers to complete air suspension systems and adjustable dampers. With our products, we serve not only original equipment manufacturers, but also the aftermarket and motorsport.

Presta Dynamic Components | Drivetrain components

thyssenkrupp is world market leader for assembled camshafts: Virtually all international auto manufacturers are among our customers. Our camshaft technology is an essential part of every engine, ensuring that oxygen is supplied to the combustion process and exhaust gases escape from the engine block. For our customers we also develop cylinder head cover modules with integrated camshafts, variable valve train systems or components for electric drives.

Forged Tech | Automotive and undercarriage components

Forged and machined crankshafts and connecting rods from thyssenkrupp are used in internal combustion engines worldwide. We also produce a wide range of other engine, transmission and chassis components for various applications. State-of-the-art production processes, close cooperation with our customers and our own research and development resources are just as much our hallmark as our experience from over 100 years of forging and machining.

Springs & Stabilizers | Springs & stabilizers

Springs and stabilizers ensure comfort and safety in vehicles. With products from thyssenkrupp Springs & Stabilizers you can be sure of achieving the right suspension tuning between ride comfort and driving safety.

Steering

Steering technology from thyssenkrupp is installed in vehicles from almost all major auto manufacturers. In addition to steering components from solid forging, we produce steering columns as well as fully mechanical, hydraulic and electric steering systems. Our electrically assisted steering systems make an important contribution to fuel reduction.
